Job summary

National Car Rental is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative for West Palm Beach. You will greet customers, explain rental terms and vehicle features, and offer protections, upgrades, and fuel options to ensure a smooth rental experience.

This full-time seasonal role runs 40 hours per week with schedules across multiple days. Requirements include being 18+, a HS diploma, 2 years of customer service or sales experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to work any day including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Provide directions and local information to customers as needed.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, and general questions; give information and resolve issues.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other communications as assigned.
• Assist with assessing vehicle condition upon return and notifying management of issues.
• Support ongoing training and development opportunities offered by the company.
