Job summary

Michaels in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery, maintain in-stock levels, engage customers about rewards programs, and support omnichannel processes. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting, with availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Preferred Type of experience the job requires Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store
• Ensure customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store
• Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in stocking, planogram (POG) processes and in stock optimization
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully with others and be a role model for team members
• Cross trained in framing selling and production
