Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Southington, CT to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and provide fast checkout experiences. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, manage returns, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

Qualificações

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; educate on VOC surveys.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain stock; manage returns and go-backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with customers and team members professionally; uphold company values.
