Job summary

Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is hiring for a Store Associate in Brownsville, TX. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

You will participate in truck unloading and stocking, support omnichannel processes like BOPIS, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while upholding safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to assist with truck unload and stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain stocked and well-merchandised store; process returns and go-backs.
• Assist with in-store safety and shrink programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; be a positive role model.
