Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Store Support team member who delivers outstanding customer service at the point of sale. You will assist customers over the phone and at checkout, process returns, and help keep the department runway-ready with clean and stocked spaces.

You’ll stay informed on fashion trends to aid purchase decisions and promote Nordstrom Rewards and gift cards. Flexible to assist other areas as needed and to support order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions while delivering customer service.
• Keep the service quick, easy and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing passion for fashion.
• Maintain a clean, organized department and restock the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed on key fashion trends to assist with purchase decisions as needed.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program and gift cards; inform customers about events.
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed.
