Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Fenton, MI is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will complete truck unloading and merchandising duties to keep the store well-stocked.

You will also engage customers on rewards programs and framing-related tasks, participate in BOPIS/SFS processes where applicable, and support store recovery to meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate checkout standards.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Participate in frame shop duties and merchandise recovery.
