Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Hurricane, WV store to deliver exceptional customer service and support in-store shopping experiences. You will assist customers, guide product selection, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout while engaging customers in rewards and credit card enrollment programs.

Responsibilities include helping with store operations such as truck unloads, stocking, POGs, and maintaining in-stock merchandise.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform merchandise recovery as needed.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members, modeling a positive image.
