• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years related experience or training preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, orders, and account information.
• Provide friendly and professional service in person, by phone and email.
• Enter customer orders and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Verify pricing, billing, delivery information, credit status, product availability, lead times, and tracking.
• Listen to customer needs and determine the appropriate action.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure requests are handled promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer and company records.
