Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and web chat.
• Assist current and potential customers by answering questions about products, orders, services, promotions, shipping, and general company information.
• Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, identifying the appropriate solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience during every interaction.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by gathering customer feedback and identifying customer needs and trends.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance.
• Be available to work Monday–Sunday at various scheduled times, including weekends and peak holiday periods. Schedules will be communicated in advance.
• Be willing to work additional hours and overtime when available and needed during peak business periods.
