Job summary

Insomniac is seeking Credential Staff to support credential operations at events, acting as the first point of contact for staff check-in and verifying IDs to control access. You will troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure smooth on-site flow while upholding security standards.

You will also help with credential uploads, inventory handling, and general administrative tasks as part of a fast-paced team responsible for a secure and organized credential office at major festivals and concerts.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized with an eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and phone etiquette.
• Active problem solver with urgency for projects large and small.
• Knowledge of job safety procedures and health and safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first face of Insomniac for staff check in.
• Check government issued IDs to verify identity of personnel on site.
• Promptly resolve issues using available resources and clear communication.
• Proactively fix errors in credential uploads before staff arrival.
• Act as a key-holder for the credential office, ensuring safety and security.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure materials are inventoried and transported back to the warehouse.
