Job summary

Troon, located in Heber City, UT, seeks a Bartender to deliver high‑quality beverage service and guest experiences. You will help create seasonal cocktails, manage inventory, and handle cash with a POS system, while upholding safety and +hospitality standards.

The role requires knowledge of wine and spirits, English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting; prior POS experience is preferred. This is an on-site position with an emphasis on guest service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer and industry trends.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and standard mixes.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves beverages according to standards and hospitality.
• Assists with seasonal cocktails and menu development.
• Maintains inventory and cash control; uses POS system.
• Opening/closing duties, including inventory and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and SOPs.
• Serve catered events and regular guests.
• Support social media content and scheduling as needed.
