Job summary

Qualifications

At least 1 year of bartending experience or equivalent training.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of cocktails and basic wine varieties.
Alcohol Awareness Training preferred.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team mindset.

Responsibilities

Mix and serve alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
Stock and maintain bar inventory; assist with inventory control and cost awareness.
Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to guest needs.
Follow all state liquor laws and company procedures; process cash and credit transactions using a POS system.
Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and inventory.
Work catered events, banquets, and occasional meal service.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
