Job summary

Red Ledges Golf Club in Heber City, UT is seeking a driven Bartender to craft beverages and create memorable guest experiences. You will stock, mix, and serve drinks to standard, assist with inventory, and support seasonal cocktail development with the team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and familiarity with POS systems; ServSafe or TIPS certification is preferred. This on-site position includes regular shifts with event support.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certified or TIPS equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves beverages following standards.
• Assists in inventory, cost control and record keeping.
• Creates seasonal cocktails with management input.
• Handles opening/closing duties and cash transactions.
• Serves catered events and supports banquets as needed.
