Red Ledges in Heber City, UT, operated as part of Troon, seeks a motivated Bartender to craft beverages, engage guests, and support bar operations. You will contribute to seasonal cocktail development and elevate dining experiences through personable service.

The role requires English fluency, knowledge of wine and spirits, and reliable attendance. Experience with POS systems is preferred, with adherence to liquor laws and safety standards integral to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer and cocktail recipes; strong hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve beverages per standards; assist with inventory control.
• Assist in creation of seasonal cocktails and menu development.
• Manage cash transactions and use the Point of Sale system.
• Open/close duties, including inventory, cleaning, and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
