Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, located in St George, UT, is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver high-quality beverages and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll learn, contribute, and grow within Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality.

Responsibilities include stock, mix and serve beverages, assist with seasonal cocktails, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with liquor laws.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English speaking, writing and understanding.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer and current trends in industry.
• Understanding of cocktail recipes and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves beverages per standards with hospitality.
• Assist in creation of seasonal cocktails and menu development.
• Assist with social media content planning for the bar.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure supplies; communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism.
• Perform opening/closing duties including cash handling and POS use.
