Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world‑class service to guests and promote CLUB membership, acting as the CLUB product expert while guiding customers through the enrollment and activation processes.

You will process payments and applications, respond to member questions, coach peers, and support store operations in alignment with CLUB programs and compliance requirements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent or experience.
• 0–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Ability to process payments and handle CLUB applications.

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership or exclusive experiences.
• Execute CLUB programs, operations, and compliance tasks.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about sales.
• Help meet store metric goals and keep CLUB booth organized.
• Provide CLUB member experience including payments and applications.
• Provide daily feedback and peer coaching as a CLUB advocate.
