Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time seasonal CLUB Customer Service Associate in Wichita, KS. You will engage guests, promote CLUB membership, and process member accounts while delivering world-class service on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, handling payments, and maintaining a clean CLUB booth. You will support store operations and contribute to achieving service metrics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with applications.
• Process CLUB transactions, payments, and member activations.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed of sales and promotions.
• Maintain CLUB booth inventory and keep the area clean and organized.
• Provide peer coaching and support as a CLUB advocate.
• Support store operations and other duties as assigned.
