Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Branson, MO is seeking a Seasonal CLUB Customer Service Associate to welcome guests and enroll or assist CLUB members. You will act as product expert, demonstrate CLUB benefits, process payments, and help deliver a standout customer experience on the shop floor.

You will learn CLUB processes, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate reports. Part-time schedule, friendly team, and opportunities to grow within the Bass Pro and Cabela’s CLUB program while supporting store

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities or exclusive experiences.
• Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs; process applications and payments.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; support CLUB advocacy and store needs.
• Demonstrate products and maintain CLUB Booth organization and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with store-wide tasks as assigned.
