Bass Pro Shops in Bossier City, LA seeks a thoughtful PART-TIME CLUB Customer Service Associate to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB Membership benefits. You will serve as the CLUB product expert, assist with applications, and ensure accurate CLUB processes.

You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, process payments and provide a high-quality CLUB experience while supporting store operations and driving member engagement.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and stay current on CLUB offerings.
• Process CLUB payments, applications, and account questions.
• Maintain CLUB booth inventory, cleanliness and accuracy.
• Provide daily feedback and timely reports; support store needs.
• Coach and support other CLUB advocates as needed.
