You will help ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions and maintain a tidy, organized office with the team.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle calls, assist with scheduling, and contribute to a positive client experience

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
