Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in fast-paced client service. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is expected.

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
