Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional.

You’ll schedule appointments, help ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and keep the office tidy and organized alongside the team.

This role emphasizes client experience, teamwork, and flexibility across locations, with pay between $14 and $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
