H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Winston-Salem, NC. You’ll be the welcoming face of the office, greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help match clients with the right tax professional.

This in-person role supports daily office operations, handles check-in and document intake, maintains a tidy reception area, and collaborates with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience during tax season.

Qualifications

• Comfort using basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
