H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. You will greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily operations in person during tax season.

Role requires strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and the use of basic software tools. Evening and weekend availability is expected to support peak periods and ensure a smooth client experience.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

• Comfort using basic computer programs (MS Office, scheduling systems).

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and care.
