Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and pair them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in person, phone, or virtual interactions.

In this role you’ll support a fast-paced office, maintain organization, and contribute to a positive client experience. Prior customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred; flexibility

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
