H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office in Raleigh, NC. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, and coordinate with tax professionals to match client needs with the right expert.

This in-person role involves answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily office operations. Training provided; opportunities to grow into tax preparation or leadership. Evening/weekend availability during tax season.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities
