With training provided, this position can lead to tax preparation or office leadership. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required, and you will maintain a professional, confidential client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.

• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling systems (Microsoft Office, Teams).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
