H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the friendly face of our Wilmington, NC office.

In this in-person role you will greet clients, manage check-ins, answer calls, schedule appointments, and connect clients with the right tax professional during tax season. You'll support daily office operations, maintain organization, and collaborate with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience.
