Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Model Lindt standards: dress code, up-selling, and sales focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and utilize resources to optimize selling activity.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management promptly and professionally.
• Take ownership of POS, paperwork, and policy compliance.
• Restock shelves, monitor date codes, and maintain pricing.
• Perform store maintenance and ensure clean, organized presentation.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
