Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers at our Johnson Creek location. You will apply product knowledge and Lindt standards to help customers and drive sales.

The role requires availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; training provided; physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $16 per hour; the compensation reflects market rates for in-store roles in Wisconsin and may include a bonus or incentive.

Qualifications

• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Model company standards through dress code, upselling, and sales focus.
• Notify management of customer or product issues promptly.
• Restock shelves, monitor date codes and pricing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with QA policies.
