Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our in-store team in Massachusetts. You will deliver a premium Lindt experience, share product knowledge, and help customers find the perfect chocolate.

This role requires cheerful, customer-focused service, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and availability nights, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales goals through customer service and product knowledge.
• Model Lindt standards through dress code, up-selling and sales focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and utilize company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and elevate customer or product issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and follow POS policies and procedures.
• Restock shelves as needed, monitor date codes and pricing.
• Perform store maintenance and cleaning as directed to maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
