Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers across Lindt Chocolate Shops. You will apply product knowledge, deliver outstanding service, and support sales goals while maintaining store standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, physical requirements to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to operate a POS system with accuracy. Training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and Lindt selling skills.
