Lindt USA is seeking a Seasonal Chocolate Advisor to join its in-store team. You will help create a premium customer experience, share product knowledge and support sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays; prior retail experience with a specialty retailer is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Sales: contribute to achieving or exceeding sales plans with top customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and promote current marketing programs.
• Model standards through dress code, upselling and focus on selling.
• Monitor customer and product issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Operational: assist with stocking, shelf maintenance, price monitoring and store cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and procedures.
