Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our in-store team, delivering a premium customer experience and expert product knowledge. The role focuses on sales, service excellence, and brand representation across all customer interactions.

You will work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic retail environment, with opportunities to upsell, maintain store standards, and contribute to overall store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Dress code adherence and upselling to promote current marketing programs.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with pricing and stocking to optimize selling activity.
• Escalate customer or product issues promptly to management.
• Actively participate in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Follow Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
• Participate in achieving store targets and reporting results.
• Support store operations and loss-prevention measures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a premium customer experience.
