Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities across the US. The position is on-site and live-in, seasonal from May to September, with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and room and board provided.

You will oversee all prep and production for designated day part, manage a kitchen staff, ensure allergen safety, and maintain top sanitation and budget reporting; travel allowance included.

Competenze

• 2+ years leading in a commercial kitchen with scratch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start.
• Strong leadership, cooking skills, and comfort with iPad-based workflows.
• Ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a high-volume camp kitchen.
• Willingness to live on-site in rustic settings and commit to a demanding 6‑day/70-hour week.
