Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at rural summer camps across the US. You will oversee all prep and production, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The position is a live-in, seasonal contract May–Sept, offering competitive pay, a performance bonus, full room & board, and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership and scratch baking abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to live on-site in rustic setting and work 6 days/70+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff in a high-volume camp setting.
• Oversee all prep and production for designated day parts; ensure quality.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitary standards.
• Assist with inventory, budgeting, and daily reporting.
