The role is on-site, with live-in requirements at rustic camp facilities, demanding a 6-day/70-hour week and exceptional organization to handle high-volume meal service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen staff in high-volume environments.
• Scratch/cook-from-scratch and batch cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to train and supervise team and ensure allergen safety.
