Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires a minimum 6-day, 70-hour week with a commitment to scratch cooking and high-quality meals. Competitive seasonal pay with a bonus structure and full room and board are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience
• ServSafe Manager certification required; Allergens knowledge
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment
• Manage operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and timely meal service
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and maintain top sanitation standards
• Oversee inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and Wolfoods corporate office
