Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural, on-site summer camp. You will supervise prep, ensure allergen safety, manage staff, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires leading a team, maintaining sanitation standards, and coordinating with camp leadership while living on-site and accommodating a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding min 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part and ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards; supervise health compliance.
• Monitor inventory, assist with daily reporting and budget considerations.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
