Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead a hands-on kitchen team at a fast-paced summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety and sanitation compliance in a live-in, on-site setting.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in scratch cooking, and the ability to manage inventory and budget alongside camp leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date (company-sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure quality.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, and camp leadership.
