Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll provide excellent service, educate on products and loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across channels.

You will engage customers, contribute to store goals, and support operations on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools (mobile devices, apps, registers).
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to deliver excellent service and drive loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and products.
• Use suggestive selling to drive sales and service.
• Enhance the customer experience with omnichannel offerings.
• Support store operations on the sales floor and at cash wrap.
