Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No current or future employment visa sponsorship needed to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and colleagues with respect to create a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and engagement.
• Enhance the customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Meet personal goals contributing to store targets.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
