Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering exceptional service and educating shoppers on products. You will engage with customers, support sales, and collaborate with leadership to provide a best-in-class experience using omni-channel tools.

You’ll contribute to a positive store environment, handle operations, and help with fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house tasks, while staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
