Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inspire and wardrobe customers while collaborating with the leadership team to deliver a best-in-class experience using omni-channel channels.

You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and support sales floor, fitting rooms, and POS operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No current or future visa sponsorship required to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools including mobile devices, apps and registers.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to engage and connect with customers.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling and omni-channel approach.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
