Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate customers, inform and inspire wardrobe choices through product knowledge and collaborative teamwork to deliver an omni-channel customer experience.

You’ll engage customers, drive sales, and maintain a neat, welcoming store environment while supporting various store areas and meeting personal and store goals.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back-of-house as required.
