Old Navy in Houston is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our store to life, delivering friendly, helpful service and helping customers find the right styles. You’ll educate customers on products and participate in omni-channel experiences to create a seamless shopping journey for everyone.

You’ll support daily store operations, contribute to a positive team environment, and help meet personal and store goals while delivering an inclusive, welcoming experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
