Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers and teammates with respect to maintain a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist customers with purchases.
• Engage customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance experiences with omni-channel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
