• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Able to utilize retail technology and work across channels.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and loyalty through education and guidance.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work center and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Promote loyalty programs and enhance the customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
