Athleta is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through excellent service and expert product knowledge. You will educate, inspire and wardrobe customers while collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfort with using retail tech and POS systems
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers in-store and online channels.
• Promote loyalty program and educate customers about benefits.
• Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Support operational tasks on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with inventory as needed.
