Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will educate customers on products, loyalty programs, and use an omni-channel approach to connect with shoppers and build loyalty.

Your role involves assisting on the sales floor, maintaining space, and collaborating with leadership to meet store goals while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools (mobile devices, apps, registers).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, move around the store and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about our products and loyalty programs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and omni-channel engagement.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap and back-of-house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work space.
